ANTI-ABUSE POLICY

This policy applies to all users of our services, regardless of the type of service subscription they have.

3. Prohibited Activities:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our network:

Illegal Activities: Any activity that is in violation of any law, regulation, or statute is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, hosting, storing, transmitting, or distributing illegal content.

Security Violations: Attempting to exploit or actually exploit any of the Packet Exchange services, other networks, or user accounts is strictly prohibited.

Threats and Harassment: Users are prohibited from using Packet Exchange services to threaten or harass others.

Spam: Users are not allowed to use our services for the purpose of sending spam or unsolicited mass e-mailings.

Fraudulent Activities: Fraudulent activities of any kind are prohibited. This includes but is not limited to, activities related to phishing, pharming, and identity theft.

4. Enforcement & Compliance:

Packet Exchange will investigate any reports of violations of this policy. If a user is found to be in violation of this policy, Packet Exchange may take actions such as warning the user, suspending the user’s account, or terminating the user’s account.

In addition, Packet Exchange may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if criminal activity is suspected. Violators may also be subject to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

By using our services, you agree to comply with this Anti-Abuse Policy and to assist Packet Exchange in its enforcement. Your failure to comply is grounds for suspension and/or termination of your services with Packet Exchange.
